1. About the platform
Tumble Discovery helps parents in India discover, enquire about and book kids classes, camps, events, birthdays, health services and experiences. We are a discovery and booking marketplace. Activities are delivered by independent providers, not by us.
2. Who may use Tumble
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Accounts are for parents, guardians and activity providers. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything done through your account.
3. Listings and information sources
Some listings are created from publicly available Google Maps data and are clearly marked as unclaimed, with Google attribution. Information from Google is shown separately from information confirmed by the provider or by Tumble. Where a detail is unknown we show “Not available” rather than guessing.
Any provider can claim their listing free of charge. Claims are reviewed by our team before a listing becomes claimed or verified — approval is never automatic.
4. Bookings and payments
When you book and pay through Tumble, we collect payment on the provider's behalf using our payment partner Razorpay, retain our platform commission, and pass the balance to the provider. The activity contract is between you and the provider. Timings, age limits, safety standards and the delivery of the activity are the provider's responsibility.

5. Provider obligations
Providers must give accurate information about programmes, ages, pricing, staff and facilities; hold the licences and insurance required for their activity; comply with our Child Safety Policy; honour bookings made through Tumble; and respond to parent enquiries promptly. We may unpublish or remove a listing that breaches these terms or that we believe is unsafe or misleading.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform: no false listings, fake reviews, scraping, spam, harassment, unsafe content, or attempts to break our security. Reviews must come from a real, completed booking.
7. Our liability
We provide the platform on a reasonable-efforts basis. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, quality or safety of any provider, or for any loss arising from an activity you book. Where liability cannot be excluded by Indian law, our total liability is limited to the platform commission we received on the booking concerned.
8. Changes, suspension and governing law
We may update these terms and will publish the revised version on this page. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Concerns can be raised at info@tumblegym.in.
